Once goods have been received, the client has a fourteen (14) day grace period during which they may choose to return the goods purchased. Goods must still be in original foil and packaging and remain unused.
If the client chooses to invoke their right to return goods, they must send an email notification to Holistic Kiwi to inform them of the client’s decision within the 14 day grace period.
The client is responsible for cost and returning of goods in their original condition to the address supplied by Holistic Kiwi upon email notification of the client’s wishes.
Any damage to goods that diminishes the retail value as a direct result of client’s actions shall be deducted.
Client has 14 days in which to return the goods.
Upon receival of unopened and undamaged goods, Holistic Kiwi will reimburse the client via the account they have paid with.
Product Return Steps
Ensure products you wish to return are still sealed and unused.
Send an email stating you would like to return your item(s) within 14 days to;
Repack the item/s you wish to return along with the packing straw so that products don’t get damaged during the postal handling.
Seal box with sturdy tape and address as follows;

Drop off at your local post office. The costs of return packages are your own responsibility.
Once delivered at Holistic Kiwi, we ensure the products are undamaged and unused. You will receive an Email of confirmation.
Once all of this has been completed you will be reimbursed for your purchase (excl. postal costs). The money will show on your account within 14 workdays of confirmation.
Once the package has been delivered to you as the buyer, you become responsible for the product and it’s integrity.
When the package arrives back at Holistic Kiwi Shop, you are relieved of responsibility.
